ABS Plastic(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)

Introduction:

ABS is a terpolymer made by polymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of polybutadiene. The proportions can vary from 15 to 35% acrylonitrile, 5 to 30% butadiene and 40 to 60% styrene.

Application fields:

Machinery,electrical, textile, automobile, aeroplane, steamship and other manufacturing and chemical industries.



PMMA/ Acrylic

Introduction :

Acrylic, PMMA or organic glass, is a earlier developed chemical compounds that contain the acryloyl group derived from acrylic acid, with good transparency, chemical stability and weather resistance, easy dyeing, easy processing, beautiful appearance.

Application fields:

It is widely used in construction industry that it can be used for acrylic lampbox, acrylic plastic particles, acrylic light box, signboard, acrylic bathtub, acrylic artificial marble, acrylic resin, acrylic (latex) paint, acrylic adhesive and other products.


Carbon Fibre

Introduction:

Carbon fibers are fibers about 5–10 micrometres in diameter and composed mostly of carbon atoms.To produce a carbon fiber, the carbon atoms are bonded together in crystals that are more or less aligned parallel to the long axis of the fiber. Carbon fibers have several advantages including high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion. These properties have made carbon fiber very popular in military and civil fields.

Application fields:

It is widely used in aerospace, aviation, automobile, electronic, machinery, chemical, textile and other civil engineering, as well as sports equipment and leisure products.


Composite Material

Introduction:

Composite material is a material made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties that, when combined, produce a material with characteristics different from the individual components. The new material may be preferred for many reasons: chemical stability, friction-reducing and wear-resisting, self-lubricating, heat resistance, fatigue resistance, anti-creep, noise attenuation, electrical insulation and so on.

Application fields:

It is used in aerospace, automobile, chemical industry, textile and machinery manufacturing fields, as well as medical field etc.


Stainless Steel

Introduction:

Stainless steel is a steel alloy notable for its corrosion resistance. It is resistance to corrosion of air, steam, water and chemical corrosive medium such as acid, alkali, salt, etc., also known as stainless acid resistant steel. It is with the properties of weldability, corrosion resistance, polishing ,and heat resistance.

Introduction:

Wood is a porous and fibrous structural tissue found in the stems and roots of trees and other woody plants. It is an organic material, a natural composite, including Xylem and ray parenchyma. It is embedded with features such as ligh-weight, with high strong-and-weight ratio, good elasticity and impact resistance, as well as with the appearance of rich texture tone and easy to process etc.
